Deadline for regular registration is
August 10, 2013.
For on-site registration, only cash is accepted.
Registration Fee covers the costs of the
registered participant:

Morning and afternoon breaks (beverages and
snacks)
For an extra dinner buffet ticket: $35
per dinner.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration fee
minus $50 processing fee will be refunded if a signed
written notice (either as e-mail attachment in PDF
format or by post mail) is received by CMU’s Camps and
Conferences Department on or before August 10, 2013. The
address and e-mail are listed below.

After August 10, no registration fee will be refunded.
However, another individual may be substituted.
