Conference Information: Hotel Reservation (NEWLY UPDATED)

A limited number of rooms has been reserved for your staying during the conference period. Fall season is a beautiful season in Mid-Michigan. A variety of activities often occur during the fall season, including many golf tournaments and football games. Hotels are often quickly filled. It is a good idea to reserve your lodging as soon as possible. The discounted rate for the conference participants is $119 (without Tax, service) per room. Room rates are for either single or double occupancy. Additional persons in the room (up to 4 persons) will be at the rate of $10 per person.

NOTE that the hotel rooms we booked for the conference at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort may have been completely filled.
We have negotiated with another local hotel HAMPTON INN for additional 20 rooms (8 double beds and 12 single King size beds.) You may check with Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort to see if there is still room available for ICOSDA101013. If not, you can make the lodging reservation at Hampton Inn.

In order to receive the discounted rate, your reservation must be made on/before September 10, 2013.

The conference rate is available for early arrival and/or late departure for a limited number of rooms.

The transportation from Hampton Inn to Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort will be arranged to pick up participants in the morning and return to hotel in the afternoon.
