We are grateful for the funding from the
National Security Agency and Central Michigan University to support travel to
attend this conference.
The grant
will provide partial assistance to individuals presenting papers at the
conference.

The grant from NSA will provide at most $1000.00 per person
to individuals who are either U.S. citizens or permanent
residents of the United States at the time of application.

The grant from CMU will provide at most $500 per person.
If
awarded, the grant money will be released after the
conference and itemized receipts are submitted.
The grant is expected to be competitive and conference
participants are encouraged to submit by e-mail their completed
application form and the required materials in PDF format by the
deadline of June 21, 2013 to

Applications received by the deadline will receive full
consideration. Applications received after the deadline will
receive consideration only if funds are still available.
Eligibility Criteria for Selection:

Non-student attendees who are making oral presentation must
have completed Ph.D. (or highest academic degree)
requirements after October 10, 2008.

Attendees must be
making an oral presentation (if the attendee has completed
MS or PhD requirements) or poster presentation (if the
attendee is a student).

Attendees must have
submitted their abstract at the conference abstract
submission website.

An attendee cannot
receive both NSA and CMU grants.

For the NSA grant,
attendees must be either U.S. citizens or permanent
residents of the United States at the time of application.
Women and minorities are especially encouraged to apply.
