   Travel Grant Support Application (Expired) We are
  grateful for the travel support from the National Security Agency (NSA) and
  the Department of Statistics, Actuarial and Data Sciences, Central Michigan
  University (CMU). The grant will
  provide partial assistance to individuals presenting papers at ICOSDA 2019. Application deadline is MAY 31, 2019 for full consideration. ·       
  The grant from
  NSA will provide at most $750.00 per person to individuals who are either
  U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the United States at the time of
  application. ·       
  The
  grant from CMU will provide at most $500.00 per person. If awarded,
  the grant money will be released after the conference and itemized receipts
  are submitted. Eligibility
  Criteria for Selection: 1.      Non-student
  attendees who are making oral presentation must have completed Ph.D. (or
  highest academic degree) requirements after May 01, 2014. 2.      Attendees
  must be making an oral presentation (if the attendee has completed MS or PhD
  requirements stated in (1)) or poster presentation (if the attendee is a
  student). 3.      An
  attendee must have submitted an abstract, which has been accepted by the
  Conference Organizers. 4.      An
  attendee cannot receive both NSA and CMU grants. 5.      For the
  NSA grant, attendees must be either U.S. citizens or permanent residents of
  the United States at the time of application. The grant
  is expected to be competitive and conference participants are encouraged to
  submit their completed application form and the required materials in PDF
  format by the deadline of May 31, 2019 to
  Felix Famoye using the e-mail address felix.famoye@cmich.edu. Applications
  received by the deadline will receive full consideration. Applications
  received after the deadline will receive consideration only if funds are
  still available. Women and minorities are
  especially encouraged to apply. Required Materials: 1.      A completed and signed

  resume must be submitted with the application form. Scan the application form as a PDF
