Internship Agency (Appendix J ) If you are
an
international student using

visa,
complete the CPT Recommendation Form and

your final internship report. Follow the internship report format to prepare
your internship report and submit it by e-mail to the Faculty Internship
Coordinator. |

After
submitting your internship report, schedule a meeting with the Faculty
Internship Coordinator to discuss your internship experience. Faculty
Internship Coordinator will assign you a grade. |
