Graduate Student Opportunities 

 
My applied research program focuses on developing and testing management strategies for wildlife species at the population, community, and landscape-levels. 

I am looking for students that hold a B.S. degree in wildlife or related field with GPA > 3.2; GRE > 1100; experience with radio telemetry, GIS, and GPS; experience with capture and handling of animals; demonstrated ability to interact positively with the public and agency personnel; an understanding and appreciation of hunting and trapping as wildlife management tools; ability to work independently at remote field sites under harsh conditions; and an inherent interest in the conservation of biodiversity as a life pursuit.
