NOTE: The deadline for Early Registration has been extended to August 15, 2016, due to several requests because of applications of visitor’s visa.

Registration fee covers the following expenses of the registered participant (all meals are buffet style): · Conference materials · Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for Saturday, October 15, 2016 · Breakfast and Lunch for Sunday, October 16, 2016 · Morning and afternoon breaks for October 15 and 16 (beverages and snacks)

Cancellation Policy:

• Registration fee minus $50 processing fee will be refunded if a signed written notice (either as e-mail attachment in PDF format or by post mail) is received by CMU’s Camps and Conferences Department on or before August 14, 2016. The address and e-mail are listed below.
• After September 30, no registration fee will be refunded. However, another individual may be substituted.
