presentations: 4
· An easel and a presentation board of 6’(width)x4’(height) will be available in the poster display room.
· Student presenters are asked to prepare their posters which will be displayed on the presentation board.
· A name card with presenter’s name is attached to the display board. Presenters are asked to display their posters prior to the break before 5:30 pm on October 15.
· The time for poster presentation and discussion is from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm on October 15.
· The room for poster is Canadian/A.
For all oral
presenters, including Keynotes, Plenary, topic-invited and general-invited
speakers:
· Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop computer to host your presentations (in PPT or PDF format).
· Presenters are asked to e-mail their presentation file (in PPT or PDF format) by October 7th to
K. Cooray using the e-mail coora1k@cmich.edu .
·
Please name your attached presentation file: Lastname,Firstname_ICOSDA and use the
Subject title on your e-mail: ICOSDA 2016 Presentation
· In case you are not able to send your presentation by the deadline, please bring your presentation file with you and upload it to the laptop in your presentation room before the session starts.
Conference Map
